This new function is the solution you've been waiting for to help you conveniently place orders for Team Members or Preferred Customers in your organization that may either have limited access to technology or may not feel comfortable with placing online orders.

Restrictions and Limitations:

1. The Sponsor cannot place an order for a member of his or her downline that resides outside of his or her own market. For example: John Doe resides in the U.S. and cannot place an order for a member of his downline that resides in the U.K.
2. If you wish to place an order for a Preferred Customer, they must be personally sponsored by you.
3. You cannot place orders for Preferred Customers that were formerly distributors if you did not personally sponsor them.

We welcome any feedback or notification of any issues you may find with this new feature, as it is still in its early "beta" phase. RECENT EVENTS IN OUR WORLDWIDE FAMILY:

Synergy Korea "Blossom" Summit

In November, another exciting Summit was held in South Korea, Synergy's largest market. Not only was it a success in terms of attendance (approximately 5,500 energetic attendees), but it was also significant as large numbers of Team Members were presented with significant achievement awards. Most notably, Korea awarded two new Presidential Executives, and two Double-Presidential Executives. Along with these Presidential awards— the top tier of Synergy Achievement— came new Diamond, Emerald, and Pearl Executives achievers as well. Korean Team Members are succeeding!

This event was the first opportunity for Synergy Team Members to meet Terrence Moorehead. It was a chance for them to learn from Lynda Hammons. It was a chance to celebrate the success of 2018, and most importantly, it was a motivational moment that inspired all to grow in 2019 and beyond.

Synergy Europe "Elevate" Summit

Team Members and leaders from across Europe gathered in Torino, Italy in the fall to learn how to elevate their health and their businesses. Several speakers presented on the power of the microbiome the importance of a healthy, properly functioning core. New tools and product education were received well, and the event successfully represented Synergy's potential in Europe. We look forward to more growth in those markets, and to seeing our Team Members transform lives for the better.

Synergy Japan Enjoys Utah

Synergy Headquarters recently welcomed a group of leaders from Japan to celebrate their business achievements. These qualifying Team Members enjoyed time in Moab, touring Arches National Park, as well as time at our corporate headquarters touring the new building. They experienced the Hughes Center and learned from our scientists. They toured the facility in Spanish Fork, impressed by the important work happening there. It was a great opportunity for Synergy corporate to thank and motivate these special guests.

Synergy Japan Symposium, featuring Lynda Hammons

Continuing her travels around the world, Vice-President of Quality Assurance Lynda Hammons recently presented to a large group in Japan. This group of Team Members and their guests came to be educated on the rigorous process of ensuring Synergy product quality. Our Asian markets continue to grow with a keen focus on the work being done in Spanish Fork by our QA and Manufacturing Teams.

Last month, Synergy paid out over $14,000 in Title Plus bonuses. Congratulations to all those who earned their bonus last month!

Recently, a stellar team of employees from the Synergy/NSP Manufacturing Facility was nominated to receive a national award from a prestigious manufacturing & technology organization. They traveled from the small town of Spanish Fork, Utah to the big city of Chicago to attend the Redzone awards ceremony, where the grand announcement was made— they had won the 2018 Manufacturing Team of the Year award!

This "Team of the Year" is known to us as the hard-working "Liquid Line Team." These men and women oversee the processes and equipment that safely-and-accurately fill bottles with a variety of Elite Health liquids. Over the past 5 years, they have challenged themselves to run more lean, and to focus on eliminating process waste. They took the right steps and applied the best training, and thereby became a shining example of decreasing waste and increasing productivity.

In 2018, the Liquid Line Team began experimenting with flexible shifts to see what efficiency gains could be realized. They combined the employees of two shifts to become one flexible team. They staggered their start and finish times. Incredibly, they saw immediate success and gains in Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Flexible shifts soon became a permanent business solution for the liquid line, increasing an already high productivity rate by an additional 16 percent! Now, the liquid line yields more in 60 hours than it did before in 80.

Chief Operations Officer Sue Armstrong is thrilled with the national recognition the team has earned. "I'm so proud of this achievement by the whole team," said Sue, "and I'm pleased with both the innovation and the willingness of employees to try something different and make it work so brilliantly. We're looking forward to the next phase of the journey."

The "Team of the Year" award for Innovation from Redzone is a prestigious award indeed. Based in Miami, Redzone creates and shares technology designed to increase productivity and support lean manufacturing initiatives. They believe in the power of people and seek to develop tools, methods, and support that can enable a company's workforce to leap ahead in performance.

As Redzone put it at the awards ceremony, "Teamwork makes the dream work."
